Return & Refund Policy

Important Note About Live Products
Dahlia tubers, seeds, and cuttings are seasonal and time-sensitive. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

1. Order Issues: Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@totallytubers.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos (packaging + product)

We will review and, when appropriate, provide:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund for the affected item(s)

2. Growth / Viability Guarantee (Tubers & Cuttings)

If a tuber fails to sprout or a cutting fails to establish despite proper care, contact us by:

  • [Date deadline or “within X days of planting / shipping window”]
    Provide: photos + planting details (date planted, sun, watering, soil, location).

Resolution may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because these are living / perishable products:

  • We generally do not accept returns of tubers, seeds, or cuttings once delivered.
     

4. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within [X hours] after placing an order, as long as the order has not shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are [non-refundable / refundable only if error is ours].
6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
