Totally Tubers Cutting Policy

At Totally Tubers, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, rooted unicorn dahlia cuttings at fair prices. Our cuttings are carefully grown and shipped as healthy, well-established plants. Depending on the order and timing, cuttings may arrive already potted in 2-inch pots or still in Root Riot cubes.

Please note that plant growth rates vary and are beyond our control. As live plants, unicorn dahlia cuttings are sensitive and can be affected by many factors once they leave our care.

Shipping and Arrival We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, using secure packaging methods. We photograph every cutting order prior to shipment and only send healthy, rooted plants that meet our strict quality standards—plants we would be pleased to receive ourselves.

We are confident in our shipping process and strive for all orders to arrive alive and in good condition. However, shipping live plants can occasionally result in damage due to carrier handling.

Claims for Damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Plants If your cuttings arrive damaged or not viable:

• Contact us immediately—no later than the same day as delivery (or the next business day if delivery occurs late in the day).

• Provide clear, timestamped photos showing the issue(s) and packaging (if relevant).

• We will review each case individually and reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, replacement (when available), or other remedy.

• If a replacement is warranted, buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.

 

Important Limitations

• We guarantee cuttings only upon delivery: alive and in good condition as shipped.

• We do not provide guarantees or replacements for cuttings that decline or fail after arrival, as numerous factors outside our control (such as care, environment, watering, temperature, transplanting stress, or pest issues) can affect success.

• Cuttings are fragile and require prompt, proper care upon receipt (e.g., appropriate light, humidity, watering, and acclimation). If you are not experienced with dahlia cuttings, we recommend against purchasing.

• No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for issues reported after the initial 24 hour inspection window
